Yoga Instructor and Nutritionist

Hi, I’m Ray! I’ve been practicing yoga for 7 years now and it transformed my life. From gaining strength in my physical body to bringing mindfulness and breath work into my daily life. I am dedicated to creating classes that blend strength, flexibility and mindfulness to help you find balance on and off the mat.

As I neared the completion of my nutritionist training, I realized that providing nutritional guidance alone was insufficient for fostering a comprehensive approach to wellness. This insight led me to pursue a certification in yoga instruction. I believe that true wellness encompasses more than just healthy eating and physical activity; it involves integrating mindfulness practices as well. Yoga, with its emphasis on the synergy of movement and mindfulness, embodies the holistic approach to wellness that I personally aspire to achieve. As B.K.S. Iyengar stated, “The study of asana is not about mastering posture. It's about using posture to understand and transform yourself.”
