My Approach

As a holistic nutritionist, I believe to be your healthiest self there is more to it than just what you eat or how you move. It’s how you treat your body as a whole. Nutrition, movement and mindfulness. BALANCE is the most important thing to me because wellness is not meant to be overwhelming.

Movement

Mindfulness

Mindfulness involves being fully present and intentional in your actions, whether in your approach to eating or movement. To integrate mindfulness into our practice, we will emphasize techniques such as breathwork, meditation, and affirmations.
